Alumni Batches ππππ¨πππ« ππππ ππ§π πππ«ππ‘ ππππ may claim their copies at External Relations and Alumni Affairs Office (ERAAO) located beside the Mabini gate from 8:00am-12:00nn and 1:00pm-5:00pm, Mondays to Fridays.
Here’s how:
1. Make sure to fill out the Alumni Information Sheet through this link:Β https://forms.gle/HzDzrmtEYAEBXprV6Β before claiming.
2. Proceed to ERAAO. Bring your own pen and present any valid ID for clearance.
π΅πππ: If to be claimed by a representative, the yearbook owner must prepare an Authorization Letter attached with a photocopy of any valid ID of the owner and the representative (with 3 signature specimen).
