Records and Admission Center (RAC)
The RAC keeps the student’s records (from the documents submitted during admission until the student graduates from the program), and is headed by the Registrar.

Any undergraduate student, who is transferring to other schools and/or pursuing a higher degree in other schools, shall request for transfer credentials (otherwise known as Honorable Dismissal.)

Learning and Information Center (Library)
The College Library is equipped with an adequate collection of books, monographs, references, journals, manuals, abstract, encyclopedias, dictionaries, local and foreign, magazine, and Philippine dailies. It also offers audio-visual, services and Internet access.
The main library is located at the 2nd floor of the GET building where collection of books, manuscript, and periodicals as well as other instructional materials are kept for the readers’ easy access. It houses the collection for tertiary and graduate studies.
It is well-lighted and well-ventilated with a total floor area of 441 sq. meters and a seating capacity of 275. It has a faculty reading area and discussion area is provided for consultation and a machine copier for the convenience of the students and for the security of library collections.
The library provides bulletin board displays and directories of school and government officials.
It is open from 7:00 in the morning until 9:00 in the evening NO NOON BREAK observed. It is manned by competent librarians and well-trained student-assistants.
The center is responsible for assuring quality education by inculcating a culture inclined towards significant and productive research in a conductive environment by providing good facilities and technical & professional assistance both to faculty members and to the students. It is also the databank center for development studies. On going is the test bank where the students can test their capabilities in taking the actual government board examination.
Mini Hotel and HE Laboratory
As a showcase for its HRM program, the College has a Mini Hotel complete with Hotel amenities. An adjoining home economics laboratory with a well-equipped kitchen provides opportunities for students to actually prepare well-balanced meals, proper tables settings and serve meals.
The Mini-Hotel and HE Laboratory have become the training grounds for future hotel and restaurants, cake and pastries, entrepreneurs, caterers, food and beverages experts.
Engineering and Science Laboratories
Well-equipped laboratories for Engineering and other students are provided for students to perform their experiments and other laboratory exercises. These laboratories have been inspected by government agencies to ensure that the caliber of education obtained through exposure to the machines and equipment inside is excellent. It is in these laboratories that the theories found in books are put in practical use by students as they test each machine and equipment’s function.
Air-conditioned laboratory is available for use by students desiring to develop their proficiency in oral communication. The laboratory uses up-to-date and modern strategies in enhancing the oral communication of students in consonance with the desire of the College to prepare its graduates for global competition where communication is a required asset.
Internet/Computer Laboratory Center
To meet information technology requirements, the College has computer laboratory center to provide hands-on training and maximize the learning process.
In the center, the student does not only learn the rudiment of hands-on requirements In their computer subjects, their actual exposure to IT enhances their chance of landing a possible career in information technology.
Audio-Visual Center/Learning Resource Center
The center is equipped with projectors (multimedia, LCD, overhead and slide), video cameras. The center has instructional films and slide presentation s for class discussions.
The College audio-visual center and learning resource center fully supports the requirements and needs of the academic classes that both the students and faculty members can use.
