UMTC maintains excellence in the March 2019 LET

Adding another name to its academe of the intelligentsia, the University of Mindanao Tagum College once again showed its excellence as it topped the 2019 Licensure Examination for Teachers (LET).

The exam was conducted on March 24, 2019, in various PRC testing centers in nationwide with a total of 72,054 BEED and 85,823 BSED takers.

Within those numbers, only a passing rate of 27.28 % and 25.95% were accounted, as released on 25th of May by the PRC.

Among them are the three UMTC passers who were declared topnotchers, namely:

UMTC’s overall performance garnered a passing rate of 100% from the 27.28% national Elementary Education passers and 69.70% from the 25.95% Secondary Education overall national passers, further attesting its outstanding quality of education.

It is also noteworthy that last year’s August LET results, the University of Mindanao also dominated the top, securing a total of 22 spots of topnotchers combined from UM Main and branches.

The University aims not only to maintain it efficiency and excellence in producing well-trained educators but also improve its quality of education further in the coming year, as evident to the recent LET results.
